JOB VACANCY FOR RECEPTIONIST-CUM-ASSISTANT

Roles:
Perform office reception and administrative duties, including filing management, overseeing & tracking office supplies, monitoring & managing pantry items, and maintain office cleanliness diligently.
Perform tasks that require driving, which can also include sending documents and driving your superior when required.
Perform company assignments, ad-hoc functions and other duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or its equivalent.
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
Possess own transport (with a valid driving license).

Where is the main office located?
Our main office is located at Taman Yakin Commercial Centre area (near Velosi office). You can use Waze mobile app and search USW Holdings Sdn Bhd to get to the office location.
May I know working hours at the USW Holdings office?
Working hours will be on Monday-Friday at 8:00am-5:00pm (lunch break: 12:00pm-1:30pm), as well as on Saturday (only on second and fourth week of the month) at 9:00am-01:00pm (half day).
What is my expected salary?
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications possessed by the applicants. Kindly include expected salary in your resume.
If I don't have any working experiences, can I still have any chances in getting this job?
Yes you still can. We only require the minimum academic qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
My English language is not that fluent and I am not able to speak English very well. Can I still have any chances in getting this job?
